The POLY PILLOWTM is a soft, plastic arch that replaces concrete or wooden brisket barriers. Its gentle curves allow cows to step ahead on rising and permit natural leg extension while lying down.

When a cow is in loose housing or out to pasture for approx. 30% of her lying time she will have either one, or both front legs extended. This is very rarely seen in many cubicle houses due to wooden brisket barriers in front of her. This is why we developed the Poly Pillow which fixes down the front of the Pasture Mat®.
The Poly Pillow acts as a brisket barrier and allows the cow to step ahead on rising and permits natural leg extension while lying down. The Poly Pillow perfectly positions the cow and allows a comfortable lying position to be achieved, with natural front leg extension.
